When Peter preached
the sermon found in Acts 2 he ended it with some very powerful words.
He said in Acts 2:36 "....for certain that God has made Him both
Lord and Christ---this Jesus whom you crucified."
In the following Scriptures the people were convicted of being responsible
for the death of Jesus. The people pressed Peter for what was needed
to get right with God. Acts 2:38 "Peter said to them, 'Repent,
and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness
of sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
Three thousand people followed his instructions and - poof - the Church
was born. Many years have passed since that day, but people are still
finding comfort and forgiveness in Jesus Christ. Our goal here at FACC
is to provide a place where young and old alike can find the peace and
comfort that Jesus gives. There are many ways that adults can learn
of Jesus, and grow in Him here at FACC. Below are just some of the activities
we have available.

Jesus gave His life to make our abundant life possible, here on earth
as well as in heaven. He has given us a life worth living. We pray that
you know the Hope, Peace, and Freedom there is in knowing Jesus. The
FACC family cares for each other, and about our community. Why don't
you join us in the adventure of being followers of Christ and in becoming
vital Christians as we strive to make a difference in our world?

The young adult men have a Bible Study “Called to Duty” on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the Month at 6:30.
